How to Hyperlink or Text Anchor First and Last Page of a Document in a Book

Dear all,

Is it possible for me to make some sort of a cross-reference in a document which automatically inserts the first and last page numbers of a different document within a book? On our copyright/imprint page, we refer to credit pages in the back of the book ("See pages X–Y"). So, essentially, I need some way to input "See pages [Credit-Document:First Page]–[Credit-Document:Last Page]." Any help would be great!
