How to keep indesign GREPs on several workstations?

Hello, I created a whole set of GREP on indesign and I would like it to be visible to other users who need to work on this indesign file. The question: how do we keep it visible and usable on a workstation other than mine. Thank you in advance for your insight.

You would have to copy it manually to the other workstations.

Or maybe symlink would work on Windows - no idea about Mac.
