How to language in ME version of InDesign

I have a new Mac Computer. I have downloaded fonts from my old computer. The problem the fonts could not be fixed when I try to formatting a text.

Then I can not use the number 1 2 3, can only see ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ ٥ ...etc.

 

Can you help please

Thank you but it's not that. I am trying to figure out why the fonts I am using they are not working.

I never understood what kind of fonts I should use : ttc, bmap, suit or others.

Manz, could you please give more information on Fonts that you are using. Is it like it says missing when you have already installed it? Will it be possible for you to share a few screenshots or a video of what going on at your end? You can browse fonts from Adobe Creative Cloud app and also from Typekit.

It's fonts problem. The fonts I transfered from my old computer are not recognized in the new one.

 

I have to buy or download arabic fonts from secure website.

Hey there, I think you are using English Arabic InDesign Version. Change the language to "English" in the Character Panel.
