How to make boost accesible with VC7 and CS2 SDK 4.0.2

As I nesd to start at CS2 with the develpoment of a Plug-In, I need information, how to make boost functionality accessible from my VC7 project.

A boost folder is shipped with the SDK 4.0.2.
