is it possible to make all bullet point text to align to the blue guideline?


Why would you want to do that? What you have there looks fine to me. The only way to do what you want is to set the text to justify and it would look awful.

Thank you for your response. Could you please provide more specific details about the alignment issue you're experiencing? From the screenshot, the alignment appears to be fine to us. 

If possible, could you share a screen recording that shows the alignment issue more clearly?

 

Also, providing the version of InDesign you're using along with the details of your operating system would help us assist you more effectively.
