It is Shift+Command. But yo click that hamburger in the centre, so you select the image, not the container. Unselect everything, single-click the image so that you select the container, then Shift+Cmnd+ mouse to resize proportionally.

Initially, I also thought that that's the issue. But after rewatching the video, I think there's indeed a problem with Shift not being applied. Otherwise OP wouldn't be able to make arbitrary resizing moves while resizing the object (whatever is being resized), which OP demonstrates in the beginning. When Shift is selected, any move of the mouse while resizing would still retain the aspect ratio of the object. Or am I misinterpreting what I see?

Hi @leo.r , Watching @Sehar35912069dj8c ’s video, the Content Grabber is showing (View>Extras>Show/Hide Content Grabber) and they mouse over and click the Grabber before starting the scale. If I deselct, don’t click on the Gabber, then Shift-Command drag a corner, the frame and content scale together.

First, I don't believe InDesign ever had an Enable Legacy Free Transform option.

Second, if I understand your question correctly, then Shift+Command should do what you need. What kind of results do you get? Can you post some screenshots.

Oh the Enable Legacy Free Transform option is only on photoshop. I have attached a screenrecording of me actively pressing Shift+Command while resizing. Thanks!
