How to return images High quality display in Indesign

Hi, I press CTRL ALT SHIFT Z and the images are converted to fast display. They turn gray. How to return images High quality display?

First: Change the preference in Display performance, make sure overrides for the images are not allowed; second: never hit that shortcut again; third: follow a online training or buy a book and learn the very basics of InDesign, now I think of it: make the last one your first 😉

View > Display Performance >  lists the various displays and includes the keyboard shortcuts. 

Set your choice without any InDesign documents open.
