How to save Booklet for older versions?

I'm trying to save a Booklet in InDesign 2025 for someone who is using Indesign 2019. They are able to open the IDML files inside the booklet but not the booklet itself.

As @Zealous_work5E55 suggested - Book is just info how INDD files should be arranged - in what order.

But you also need to tell recipient which file is the source for Styles, Masters, etc. - and what should be synchronised.

The individual files need to be saved as IDML

They open the IDML and save as INDD files

They create a new book file

They create a New Book File

They import each file into the book in the correct order

Send as screenshot of your book file, with your settings etc. as per Robert suggested

You say Booklet. Do you mean Book?

Couldn't they create the Book? Tell them the order of the files.
