How to set up a document with mechanical dimensions in InDesign?

So I'm to figure out how to set this up this what the length and width dimensions are but I'm not sure where to place them in the slots correctly.

can someone help asap? I'm fairly new to this.

 

Here are the mechanical sizes for the Cover:

 
Bleed: 6" wide x 9" high
Trim: 5.5" wide x 8.5" high
Type Safety: 5" wide x 8" high

Bleed .25 inches on all four sides

Margins: .25 inches
