How to stop "Loading Plans and Pricing" window on startup?

When I open Adobe InDesign, a white screen saying "Loading Plans and Pricing" pops up about every 10 seconds. How can I stop it?

Or (inferring from the trail of this post) do you have a subscription that only covers the Photoshop apps?
