How to Transfer an Adobe Translator Pro Plugin License to Another User

Hi,

Is there a way to transfer the Translator Pro Plugin that we purchased for one user that no longer in our company, to one of the existing Adobe user?

We purchased the Translator Pro in exchange.adobe.com.

    I received a response from Adobe Exchange Support, apparently the plugin can only be accessed by the user who originally purchase it and can not be transferred. we will need to buy a new license for the plugin.

    Thanks Dave! I contacted them and told met that it is not possible as the billing/licensing is handled by Adobe especially the plugin was purchased two years ago. they referred me to contact Adobe support if maybe they can offer a solution. 

    Waiting for Adobe support  if there is a resolution.

    I haven’t contacted them yet. I fist reached out to adobe support and referred me here int he community. I’ll check with the author. thank you for the advise!
