How to update to InDesign CC2020

Good Morning,

I am looking to update to 2020 but Indesign is telling no update is available.

Can you please tell me where did you find it.

If your Mac operating system is earlier than High Sierra (OSX 10.13) or your Windows is earlier than Windows 10 then you will not get an option to update to CC 2020.

Windows 7 SP1 is supported.

 

Windows 8 and 8.1 are not supported.

 

Earlier versions of Windows 10 (earlier than 1803) are also unsupported.

    Can you tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Perhaps your OS version is not new enough to be supported.
