How to use a publish online document for a slideshow

I would like to use a publish online document in a slideshow, however, every time I full screen the document and click right on the keyboard to go to the next page, the black navigation bar at the bottom of the page pops up.

Is there a way of hiding the navigation bar whilst switching between slides?

Thanks

Luke

What you see is what you get. That bar is always on.

Don’t like it? Tell Adobe: https://indesign.uservoice.com/

Alternatively, give in5 a try. Works beautifully and adds a lot of features. https://ajarproductions.com/pages/products/in5/

Export the document to a Fixed-Layout EPUB file. Same functionality as Publish Online except it's a local document on your computer. Might give you a better result. If you're on Mac, open the file in iBooks. If you're on Windows, you can download the Adobe Digital Editions application or you can try the Microsoft Edge browser.

Fixed layout epub on Windows is still a work in progress. The latest version of Edge has a couple of bugs that deal with navigation buttons. If you're just using the browser navigation, it will work.

ADE is garbage. It's a giant disappointment especially since it's Adobe's reader. Text display is a hot mess. Avoid it.
