I have a legal version of CS5 In Design with a correct serial number. Yet when I want to start the program it asks for. How to come to the use of CS5 InDesign?

It asks for the serial number or for activation? What operating system are you attempting to use it on. Is this a new computer or an old one that has been running the application?

Hi Bob, Thanks for comments. I have been using the application for more than 10 years on my computer. The application CS5 In Design has been running regularly. Since a couple of days it started to ask for my serial number and now it says that the number is not valid. When reinstall the application it agrees with the serial number during installing. However, when I then want to use the application it says the serial number is not valid. So, how to solve this.
