The SDK's SnippetRunner includes ManipulateTextEndnotes.

Referencing SnpManipulateTextEndnotes.cpp, it creates endnotes without using kCreateEndnoteCmdBoss.

If you want to use Cmd, you might want to reference SnpManipulateTextFootnotes.cpp.
