How to work with InDesign Document outside InDesign?

Dear colleagues,

I am newbie in development for InDesign.

My task is the following:
1. creating some document in InDesign
2. automatically modifying created document outside InDesign
3. automatically printing modified document outside InDesign

“outside InDesign” means that no instance of InDesign is run, run of some components of InDesign without user interface is also possible.

I have the following questions:
1. Are there standard ways to do my task?
2. Can InDesign SDK help to work with InDesign Document outside InDesign? (If yes, how to do that?)
3. Are there other SDKs (free or requiring payment) to modifying and printing InDesign Document outside InDesign?
