Hyperlink in InDesign isn't working correctly

Hi, I've seen this issue posted in August but now I'm having the same issue. Has this been fixed? I go to the hyperlink and it takes me to the site where I want to go. However, once it is published, all hyperlinks go to the same place. I have even manually deleted and insterted new text with hyperlink and the same occurs.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with Hyperlinks in InDesign. Would you mind telling us the version of InDesign installed on your machine and the details of your operating system? Does that happen with all files or with a specific file? Please share the publishing linked with us so that we can check at our end. Is it possible for you to share the InDesign file with us for investigation?

    I have InDesign 2023. I used to use hyperlink all the time with no issue. I haven't used it in awhile, till last night. I won't be able to share sadly. I'll try to explain what I'm working on...I'm copy and pasted the same text (so they will have the same layout with the font) then I go into edit hyperlink to update the link to a different link...if that makes sense? I then click ok. It should be updated but it still goes back to the orignal link. The edit isn't being saved. Hopefully this all makes sense. I used to do this all the time with no issue.
