Hyperlink to a Word file?

I am trying to create a hyperlink inside my Indesign file to an Word file online, am i able to do so? and i choose "File" in this panel but he hyperlink doens't work after export it, did i make anything wrong? please help. Thank you.

If the file is online you need to link to its URL.

    Are you exporting the file with the hyperlink to a pdf? If so then it will depend on what pdf browser is used to read the pdf if any hyperlinks from InDesign will work at all. If you will be sending the pdf out to other users then a suggestion should be included to view the pdf in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from Adobe.com.

    Is your DOC file publicly available? It looks like some sharing service?
