Hyperlinks not working when viewing interactive PDF in Adobe

I've created an interactive PDF with buttons and pop up windows (pop-up windows contains addiiotnal resources for the reader with links). When I export as an Interactive PDF, everything works when I view in an internet browser, but not when i view in Adobe Reader. I've tried unticking the Shared Hyperlink and nothng has changed.

I'm just not sure why it works when viewed in the internet browser, but not when viewed as a PDF document?

Hello @Lauren29931329y4gl
I tried reproducing this issue on my machine on ID18.4.
I'm not able to reproduce this particular issue while opening the document containing hyperlink via acrobat reader.

Thanks @Rishabh_Tiwari - I've removed shared destinations but it's still not working.

There is a free script from Keith Gilbert called “Remove Shared Destinations”. Maybe try it to see if it resolves any issues with your PDF. Link: https://www.gilbertconsulting.com/scripts
