"I have over 5000 text frames and I want to add a hyperlink to each of them using a script designed for this purpose. Is it feasible? I have a page with a text frame called 'Monday' and I want to add a hyperlink to this text frame using a JavaScript script to www.example.com/Monday0321."

Hyperlink always have Source and Destination - you've specified only Destination - what would be the Source?

Unless you are talking about a Bookmarks - but then - how do you want final user / reader of your publication - navigate through 5000 entries...
