Hyphenation dictionary for English US and English UK (Hunspell and Proximity)

In English UK and USA Legal language, the hyphenation of the word 'important' splitting after the character 'r'. In English USA and USA Medical language, the hyphenation is splitting after 'port'. It is based on Hunspell dictionary set in Dictionary Preferences in InDesign.

If we change the Hunspell to Proximity in Dictionary preferences, the word is splitting after 'r' in English UK, USA and USA Legal.

We have used English USA and InDesign default dictionary setting as "Hunspell", So the word is broken after "port". One of our client marked it as wrong hyphenation and advised us to break after the character 'r'.

Could anyone please advise which one is correct?
