I accidentally clicked "don't show again" and now I can't save to the cloud. How do I fix it?

I've looked up every tutorial I can find and they all say "save as ---> Save to the cloud" but saving to the cloud isn't an option.
"Save As" just brings me my computer system and the only options I have are to save to various files on my computer or to Apple's iCloud.

Try point (5):

Click Reset All Warning Dialogs to display all warnings, even the ones you’ve already checked not to display. (As warnings appear, you can select a check box to prevent the warning from appearing again.)

Ok, I did that a few days ago. So far nothing has popped up to give me the option. I just have to wait for my computer to ask me if I want to save it to the cloud? There's nothing else I can do?
