I am running Creative Suite 2026 on a new Mac Book and am having problems with InDesign features being grayed out. Like the undo and redo functions are greyed out, as is paste in place. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also the ‘group’ and ‘ungroup’ features are greyed out. I can’t figure out how to do a screen grab of a drop down menu.

Are InDesign and your operating system fully updated?
