I bought a subscription today but my InDesign 2017 doesn't work!!! HELP!!!

Today I purchased access to InDesign.
Unfortunately, I can't install the latest version because I have an older Windows system.
I have InDesign 2017 installed on my computer, but unfortunately it doesn't want to work. Why?

What can I do to make InDesign work?

I am asking for urgent help.

Hi, can you share the exact version of your operating system and software?

Can you describe what prevents you from using your software? It will not start, a license issue, ...

From the Adobe CReative Cloud software, you can look at the list of 'previous version' you can install. Is that going far back as you need?

Hi, I have Windows 10 Home, but I do not have the 22 H2 update installed (and I can install it).

It won't start.

How can I use the 2017 version I purchased?

I am attaching some photos from my computer.

Unfortunately, I don't see various older versions in Creative Culud that I could install and assign the subscription I paid for today.

You're going to need to update Windows and use a more recent version of InDesign.
