I can't edit templates purchased from Adobe Stock in InDesign.

I can't edit templates purchased from Adobe Stock in InDesign.

The name and top section with red dot lined don't move or anything.

Fonts don't have any problems, only that 2 sections are not activated.

plz help me........

The section outlined in red dots is on a Parent Page. If it should change on all pagfes wher it appears in the document change it on the parent parent page. If just one instance needs to change, you can Ctrl + Shift (PC) or Cmd + Shift (Mac) click on it to release it onto rthe document page for editing.

    The dotted lines indicate that the frames are on a parent page. In the pages panel, double click on the parent page, and you will be able to edit the frames content.
