I can't open the indesign

Hello, I am a college student who designs using Adobe programs in Korea.

The Adobe product I use is the cloud, and I don't know if it's a problem with the cloud, but I can't open the indesign

Even if I press the run button through the cloud or enter from the desktop, it doesn't go in at all.

I don't know why.
