I just tried to start CS6 - Indesign, but I'm told, that my license is used on more than two Computers. When I login to my Adobe-Account, the Licensenumer is not shown and when I try to register it, it is already registered. When I try to add the same licensenumer while startig the software, the numer is not valid. What can I do?

You can only deactivate a CS6 license from a machine it’s activated on. See the post below as well as several other posts on the subjects. There’s a high likelihood that you won’t be able to recativate this 14-year old software anymore.

There’s probably very little you can do. I believe all of the activation servers for old software have been pretty much shut down. You’re certainly not going to get any support from Adobe on anything this old so it’s best to start exploring alternatives including a subscription to Creative Cloud or some of the alternatives out there.
