I design window comes up too large and I can’t change. Very frustrating. System updated last night. Does this have something to do with it?

If it does, please note that this is a known issue, and a bug has already been logged with our product team. They're actively working on a fix.

In the meantime, if you haven't already, please update InDesign to version 21.4 or 21.4.1 and let us know if the issue still occurs after the update. Also, please share your operating system details, as this will help us investigate your specific setup further.

Does Command /Control +/-  change the size?

See if setting the InDesign preferences back to the factory defaults sorts the issue out. You can do that under the General tab in preferences, then closing and reopening the application.

What are your versions of InDesign and the operating system? Any screenshots will also be helpful.
