I do not want to pay for the QR code, my business is very simple, not tracking anything this route. How do i know if i indeed signed up for the free static QR code, so there is no associated cost

how do i know for sure i have a free static adobe QR code?

QR codes created by InDesign are indeed static so they will go to the URL you set for them in perpetuity. I’m not sure what other assurance you need here.

Other than the subscription fee to use the software, the QR codes created in InDesign are completely free to use. There is no follow-up charge.
