I don’t want a Liquid Mode option

I don’t want a Liquid Mode option when the PDF is opened.
I searched everywhere for this and could not find the answer. Maybe it is not possible.
I want to export a PDF from InDesign and I want it set so that it can’t changed to Liquid Mode when someone is viewing it.
Is this possible?

This is controlled by the settings on your phone's Acrobat Mobile. Learn how to use the mobile version of Acrobat at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html  Note the 2 links for Android and Apple iOS phones.

Whatever issue you're having has nothing to do with InDesign and is a setting in your PDF reader application. And no, you can't stop this from happening from InDesign.

I was hoping for a fixed layout that I could put out in a PDF with in InDesign.

The issue that I am having is, if create a 8.5x11 page and export it as a PDF, it displays correctly when a desktop or laptop computer open it. However when I open it on my phone with Adobe Acrobat it comes up in Liquid Mode and the layout is all funky. I wold like Acrobat to open it without being in Liquid Mode.
