I have been trying to update Indesign to the 2022 17.1 but it stalls around 40%

After 45 mins I am stalled at 40% using the MacOs desktop platform. This has been a problem almost everytime there is any Adobe update. Takes forever to update, or none of the update buttons respond or the desktop platform won't load. My only options have been to uninstall and reinstall everything!

Who has that time! This happens at least 1x month. I can't seem to get any resolution.
