InDesign Beta Cloud Documents Missing After Beta Version Stopped Working

They do not appear in my Creative Cloud files or among my cloud documents. Could you please help me locate or recover them? These documents are very important for my work, so I would really appreciate any help in locating them.

    I’m sorry to hear about this. I understand how stressful it can be. When you mention that the Beta version stopped working, could you please confirm what exactly you are seeing? Are you getting any specific error message when launching it, or is there a message indicating that the Beta version has expired?

    If the message is related to the Beta build expiring, please open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and check if a newer Beta version is available. The team recently released the InDesign 21.3 Beta build, so please make sure you are on that version. You can check this by going to Creative Cloud > All Apps, then on the right side under Installed Apps select View Updates and update the InDesign Beta to the latest available version. After updating, please launch the Beta again and check if your cloud documents appear.

    Please try this and let us know what you observe.

    I’m not sure how you get these files back, but you should never use beta versions for mission critical work, they are for testing purposes.
