I have created a document but once exported, a line from one page is going onto the other and vice versa an dI dont know why or how to fix it - this is for a print book

For a print-ready document, this is normal for a single-page PDF with bleed. The will be cropped off when the printer imposes the document.

It looks like the bleed is set and you are working with spreads.
