I have noticed that in InDesign my colours flicker... it is highly distracting and annoying... almost thought was my Apple Display, but it is not. I hope this can fixed ASAP!!!!

Sorry to hear about the color flickering, especially since it started after updating to InDesign 21.5.1.

To help isolate this, please switch to View > Preview on CPU (Shift+E) and check whether the flickering stops. You can also temporarily disable GPU Performance under InDesign > Preferences > GPU Performance, restart InDesign, and retest. Ref: https://adobe.ly/4ymI8De

Please also test a new document with a few solid colors/images and, if you're using an external Apple display, check whether the issue occurs on both the primary and external displays.
