Hello,

I'va lost my work on Indeisgn plateform for Macbook Pro, when I try to click on my document, it wrote me "the document doesn't exist anymore - maybe it's using by another pleteform - or you don't have the legal access..."

Can somebody help me please ?

Thank you a lot,

Emma

… And of course, you regularly backup your computer, right?

Where did you save your work? On your hard drive? Your Creative Cloud folder? Anywhere else? If it is on your hard drive, did you try to seach for it using Spotlight? (the magnifying glass icon at the very right top of your screen).

Hello,

I check it everywhere on my computer, my computer trash and my backup and on my hard drive.

I have finally understand that it because of two backups for the same file...

I had two files for the same work and when I was working on one of them, and when I save it, this backup was only on one of them.

So, when I have opended the other, I was back on the last backup, so nothing more...

The best alternative was to start again my work, and this is what I did !

Thank you so much everyone for your help !
