I've Reached My FindChangeByList "Coding" Limits

Greetings folks!

I'm new to InDesign CC and have found this wonderful script to do a massive amount of my work for me, but I don't actually know enough to make the script work.  Mind you this is because my coding skills are more akin to the physics knowledge of a four year old, but hey, we all have things we can improve upon right?  That being said, I was wondering if I could get some guidance on how to edit (I've figured out how to open it for editing) the above referenced script to do the following:

  • Find instances of the following text with cap letters (and without quotes): "Init", "SQ", "Dex", "STATISTICS", "Feats"
  • Replace format them bold (replace with the same characters but include bold formatting I'm assuming)
  • And to do this across both a single section, and alternately across the entire document

I just don't understand the contents of the opened script file enough to be able to accomplish this.  The above is just some sample elements that I can learn from experimenting with, there are of course more things I want to use this script for, but then above seemed like a base level to begin.

Please let me know if there are any questions, comments, or concerns.  And thanks ahead of time, I really appreciated assistance on this.

Very Respectfully,

Jacob
