I want to download Adobe InDesign version 19.0. I'm having trouble.

I'm using macOS Sonoma 14.2.1. I need InDesign version 19.0, but the "Other Versions" pop-up window in Creative Cloud only shows versions up to 20.0. How can I access InDesign version 19.0? I urgently need help.

Adobe only allows downloads of the current version of Creative Cloud apps and one version back. Currently that means versions 21 and 20 of InDesign. You can try contacting Adobe directly to request the earlier version directly from them.

If you have exactly the same problem, then all you need to do is update your MathMagic license and use the current version of InDesign (see earlier replies).

Other than that, please provide additional details about your specific issue.

In addition to @Bill Silbert’s comment you have to update Sonoma to 14.7.7. Early versions were very buggy.

I tried to reach customer service representatives but couldn't get past the chatbot. After about an hour, they said they couldn't get back to me due to high call volume.

I read somewhere that if you contact Adobe, they send temporary download links for older versions like 19.0. Do you think that's true? Would trying to contact them again be a waste of my time, or would I actually be able to reach someone who could get back to me?

Unless you can present a good case for it, I don’t think you’re going to get far, but as I’m fond of saying, if you don’t ask the answer is always no.

And again, as I said above, update that operating system. 14.2 was quite buggy and if the only reason you want InDesign 2024 is because of issues, it is quite possible that those issues are being caused by operating system bugs.
