IAdornmentHandleShape Implementation example ?

I want to draw handle and adornment at anchored character in text frame . So i found "IAdornmentHandleShape" interface for it but unable to find its implementation example. Please help out

    As in "BasicShape" Sdk plugin handle and label is shown on frame on selection only. but i want to show handle and lable on frame without selection also. HOw can i achieve it ?
