Icon on text frame

A small icon appears when I creat a new text frame.

It only appears on on of my documents.

Does anyone know what is going on here?

You must be on the Parent Page of the documnet

That icon is for Text Frames that are on the Parent Page for Primary Text frames

Thanks, yes I was trying to add pagination. I was having some issuses with resisizing the text box.
