ID CC: printing of of placed pdf file very slow

Hi,

using a Kyocera D5100N and Adobe CS6 for years, now, after switching to CC and the first time printing out of InDesign, it needs very long for processing placed PDF files. Each PDF within my document several seconds:

 

 

Bug or a new feature? 😉

Export as PDF and print from Acrobat.

Therefore that's a known problem and the only workaround is creating a PDF first?
