ID Library Items Not Showing Up

Hello! Does anyone else get this error message in InDesign? Where your libraries don't show all the items? I have to close out and reopen about two times before it shows up and it keeps happening. Any insight would be much appreciated!

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you confirm the version of InDesign & OS and is this happening with this specific library or other libraries also?

ID v 19.3 and we're working on PC's.... all are up to date. This is a shared libary among 30 employees...
