ID not opening

Out of the blue ID is not opening. I keep trying, and restarting but all to no avail.

Here is the error report.
I need to use it ASAP as I have deadlines!

When ID 2025 comes out, you will no longer have access to re-install 2023. If anything goes wrong, you will have to contact Adobe support and explain why they should supply an installer for it.

 

I would not want to be left in that position but of course, that's your call.

Could be the Ventura bug that was fixed with 13.5. If you are running a version of Ventura earlier than that, update it to 13.6.2 but don't move to Sonoma.

Thanks for the reply.

 

I am on Catalina 10.15.7
Would it help if I uninstalled the app and then re-downloaded it? But I need to be on 18.5.1 - as the latest ID is not compatible with my current OS. So if I uninstalled it, would it re-install the previous version I was on?

Can you install anything later than Catalina? If not, you're going to need to start shopping very soon anyway.

 

How much RAM do you have in that machine? The recommended minimum is 16GB.
