Hi, Bob

Indesign CS6 had been working without any problem under Windows 10, but after a total OS restoration I cannot open it neither in W10 nor W8, W7 compatibility

In English that message is "Starting Service Registry". I used to encounter freezing startup at this stage occasionally in my old WinXP/CS6 system. Pretty compatible, so it's not just a Win10 issue. On XP, the second attempt to start InDesign was always successful (as far as I recall), so never bothered about it too much.

Just one idea: you should take a closer look to your installed printers. InDesign hates when it queries its default printer at startup and the printer is "missing". To be on the safe side try changing the default printer to a virtual printer such as the XPS document writer or Adobe PDF printer, so that the default printer is always available when InDesign starts.

Hello, Steve.

It's Windows 10 and Indesign CS6.

Thank you.

CS6 is not supported under Windows 10 but you can try a couple of things.

First, run it under Windows 7 compatibility. If that doesn’t work, try trashing your preferences.
