idml not generating from Indesign CC 2018 13.0.1

when trying to export idml out of an indesign CC 2018 document, we are getting an error message as given below.

No further process.. any suggestion.....

The latest version of InDesign is 13.1.

the screenshot did not come through. It may have been removed.

Best use the forum controls with a PNG file.

Or retype the error message.

What's your OS version ?

Are you trying to save locally or to a server volume?
