Import color swatches from CSV containing name and CMYK values

I’ve seen a couple similar discussions here, but am still having a hard time. I’d like to import a CSV into InDesign containing color swatches. The CSV contains the swatch name and CMYK values. Does anyone already have a way to do this?

I found a script someone wrote in 2010 that seems to do what I want, but I’m unclear on what file format the script needs to be in to work in InDesign.
