Import .pmd File into InDesign

Can anyone tell me how to import a .pmd file into InDesign 2022. An online search says to import it first into InDesign CS6 or earlier, but I don't have that application nor can I find a download for that application. Any help will be appreciated.

If you have a machine that is old enough to run them, you can find CS6 trials here:

Without registering, you will have a short trial period to convert some files.

Failing that, I can help you with a conversion.
