Import the same graphic in multiple frames

Hello, is there an easy way to replace all the images in a grid with a single image? For instance, in a grid containing 10 photos, replace them all with the same photo so i would have 10 times the same picture.

If you already have frames - then only scripting.

If you have a blank "canva" - place one then use Step&Repeat.

It's hard to tell unless you show us the layout you have now. Is this something you need to repeatedly, each time with a different grid and replaced with a different picture?

Hello, thank you for helping me and for your quick reply. The idea would be to replace all the elements in the same grid with the same photo for each box. Here's an example:
