Import von Einstellungen und PreSets funktioniert nicht

Hallo ihr, ich habe ein altes Programm (InDesign 2020) und dort ganz viele Einstellungen (Farben, Arbeitsbereiche, Druckprofile, Bibliotheken) angelegt. Jetzt habe ich eine Lizenz für die Creative Cloud und wollte bei der neuesten Version von InDesign meine alten EInstellungen importieren. Die nimmt er jedoch nicht. Ich kann die bei "Import der Benutzereinstellungen" nicht auswählen. Kann ich die einfach irgendwo abspeichern in den Ordnern und dann sind die automatisch drin? Wäre schade, wenn ich durch den Kauf eines neuesn Mac und somit auch einer neuen ID Version alles neu aufsetzen müsste 😞 LG Isabelle

The "Import User Settings" option in InDesign only works for the same version of InDesign, so it may not be compatible when importing settings from an older version like InDesign 2020 into a newer version.

What you can do is copy the preferences folder from the old InDesign installation and transfer it to the preferences location in the new InDesign. You can find the folder for your preferences here:
Adobe Preferences Location.

Please note, there may be some settings that will need to be recreated, as there have been updates to InDesign that could make certain preferences from older versions incompatible.
