Please note: Adobe's English website on What is new for InDesign is translated to Dutch 1:1, including Auto styles that are not present in Dutch versions! Only Englsih version and German version in beta have this Auto styling!

Be prepared for many users on this forum to ask: "where is it"?

A real royal stupid mistake on Adobes website imo...

That does not change the fact that the function is described in Dutch, with Dutch terms and has screenshots on the Dutch page.
Don't just auto-translate a complete webpage, adjust it for the region you intented it for. It will lead to people looking for the feature and than come back here asking why they don't see it and we have to explain over and over the how and what. It is annoying, just very sloppy and useless information to non-English users...
