Hi vincents99249423 ,

has the frame holding the image a fill color that is RGB 255,255,255 ?

And if so what will happen if you change that to color [Paper] ?

Or do you mean the background of the image is in RGB 255,255,255 ?

What's the ICC color profile of the RGB image?

What is the document blend space? RGB or CMYK?

What is the rendering intent ? ( modes de rendu )

Do you have Overprint Preview on?

Regards,
Uwe

Hi Vincent,

Sorry to hear about this trouble. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

  • OS(Exact version of Windows/MAC)
  • Version of InDesign
  • Step by step workflow along with few screenshots.
  • In which application the images were initially created?
  • Will it be possible for you to share  a sample file? If yes, please upload it to Creative Cloud/ Google Drive/ Dropbox and share the direct download link.

Regards,

Srishti
